My last semester of school has officially started. Since I have all of the coursework out of the way for my MA in linguistics*, everything I’m taking right now is going towards a graduate certificate in museum studies which should – fingers crossed – be complete by May. I picked up my application for graduation today and am about to fill it out. It’s an exciting moment, despite the five months of school still left between now and then.
Frans will also be graduating in May, taking his second master’s degree. Then we’ll be done with school (I’m saying forever; he’s not so sure), leave Hawaii (together!), and see where life takes us.
*It was done a year ago! Why am I still here?
